Terms

YOU WILL BE HELD TO THESE TERMS WHETHER YOU READ THEM OR NOT.  BY SENDING ME STUFF YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS.  SO I SUGGEST YOU READ THEM!

            We welcome all submissions/suggestions/art work/episodes etc. for Star Cross 7.  All submissions will hereafter be considered a part of the SC7 universe and therefore property of the webmistress.  No compensation of any kind will be made at any time regardless of future profit, earnings, or recognition, garnered or gained by use or sale of these submissions.  In making a submission the submitter (that’s by you) is agreeing to the above terms and gives up all future rights to the submission, with the exclusion of art work posted on their own sites or others where no profit is incurred.

            In other words –anything you send to me becomes mine.  If I make money off it later you are not entitled to any of it (that’s be you don’t get any money) or even recognition.  That means you can’t sue me.  By sending me stuff you acknowledge that you have read this and you agree to the terms.  You may not use those ideas/characters etc. or share them in any public forum (including the web).  You may not sell them, or distribute them.  The only exception is that you may post your own artwork in a site provided no one is making money off it.

            Don’t worry though – the odds of my making money of this are about a million to one.  The odds of you making money off a single name/character/anime picture is even less.  This is really just for fun.  I just have to write all this legal stuff because if someone ever does offer me money for this stuff I want to be able to take it without having to worry about where it originally came from – and without danger of being sued.

            That having been said... we really do welcome submission and you will get credit on the site... just not anywhere else in the future...  If you still want to submit send me an email at reenas_as@msn.com   Tag it SC7 submissions, and send your submission as an attachment.  Please... no viruses or unwanted spam... I never did anything to you and you'll never get to see my misery anyway...
